Common Questions

My sign-in code didn't arrive.
Check your spam or junk folder — the message's title is "IsMomOnTheFloor sign-in code:" followed by the 6-digit code; the code is valid for about 10 minutes. Type it into the page that asked for it, on the same phone or computer, and never share it with anyone. You can request a new code from that page (a new code replaces the old one).

How do I connect my cameras?
After signing in here, open the Ring app and go to Menu → Apps → Ring Appstore, find IsMomOnTheFloor, and connect. Connecting requires you to be the primary owner of the camera with an active Ring subscription.

Is this an emergency service?
No. IsMomOnTheFloor notifies the contact you choose so a person can check on your loved one. It does not call 911 or dispatch help, and it will not catch every instance of someone on the floor. Please keep an independent way to summon help as a backup. See our Terms.

How do I delete my data?
Sign in, open your account page, and use "Delete my data." This permanently removes your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.

Who can I contact about privacy or a data request?
Email privacy@ismomonthefloor.com — see the Privacy Policy for your rights and how to exercise them.
